- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) must be provided.
3. Exchange Conditions

- Defective
- The issue must be reported within 2 days of delivery to our customer service team.
4. Non-Exchangeable Items

- Once a product is purchased, it cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
