Cancellation policy
This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:
This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which orders placed through the Platform can be cancelled.
1. Cancellation Window
- Cancellation requests will only be accepted if made within 3 days of placing the order.
- Requests received after this period will not be considered under any circumstances.
2. Order Processing Limitation
- Cancellation requests will not be entertained if:
- The order has already been communicated to the seller/merchant, or
- The order has been processed, shipped, or is out for delivery.
- In such cases, customers may choose to refuse delivery at the doorstep.
3. Non-Cancellable Items
- Certain categories of products, including but not limited to perishable goods (such as flowers, eatables, etc.), are not eligible for cancellation once the order is placed.
4. No Return / No Refund Policy
- MANSI HIGHEND COSMETICS follows a strict no return and no refund policy.
- Once an order is placed and processed, no returns, replacements, or refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
5. Customer Responsibility
By placing an order, the customer agrees to this Cancellation Policy.
Customers are advised to carefully review product details, descriptions, and specifications before placing an order.
MANSI HIGHEND COSMETICS does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, the refund / replacement can be made if the user establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team. The request would be entertained once the seller/ merchant listed on the Platform, has checked and determined the same at its own end. This should be reported within 3 days of receipt of products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 3 days of receiving the product. The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
In case of complaints regarding the products that come with a warranty from the manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
In case of any refunds approved by MANSI HIGHEND COSMETICS, it will take 15 days for the refund to be processed to you.
